Since his arrival last season to Real Madrid, after playing on loan at Espanyol, Lucas Vázquez has been a very important player. Although he’s not usually in the line-up, he is the player number 12 in the squad, the first change. This season, with Marco Asensio or James Rodríguez at a good level, the winger lost some importance. Real Madrid bosses are convinced that Lucas Vázquez will stay one more year in the club. However, Monchi will try to convince him with an appealing project and reassuring him to be important in the new AS Roma he’s trying to build up. In the past, Nacho was also tempted to join Roma, but he declined the offer.
