Real Madrid have entered the race to sign Malaga playmaker Isco, the Daily Mirror has said.
According to the paper, the player his father – who acts as his representative – have already held talks with Real Madrid officials about a possible move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 21-year-old, who helped guide his unfancied Malaga side all the way to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, would command a fee of around 20 million euros.
The midfielder, who is currently away with his national side playing in the Under-21s European Championship, is also thought to be a target of big-spending Premier League side Manchester City.
Reports have suggested Isco is keen to move to Eastlands to be reunited with boss Manuel Pellegrini, who is expected to be unveiled as the new City manager at the weekend.
