Andoni Zubizarreta, Olympique Marseille’s sporting director, keeps a close in the the Real Madrid striker Álvaro Morata, who is not having many minutes since his return to Real Madrid. Olympique Marseille’s intention is to come to the rescue of the the Spanish striker and offer him to be the reference in the their attack in the next season, having a very important role in the team.

Morata is only playing the games where the important players must rest and he is thinking on leaving the team where he has grown as a player. In this season he is scoring a lot of goals when Zidane gives him the opportunity to play, but during all the year he has been in the shadow of Benzema.

The former Barcelona sporting director gave an interview for the ‘Journal du Dimanche’ where he affirmed that they are interested in the Spaniard striker but they know Real Madrid will not lower his price because he is a young player that can ever grow more as a player: ” My priority is to create a strong team, but I’m not searching a player who only sells shirts. Obviously if tomorrow I found out that Morata is on sale for an amount of €30M, I will go for him without any doubt. But I think this will not happen”, Zubizarreta said about their interest in the Real Madrid’s striker.

If Real Madrid decide to sell Álvaro Morata in the next transfer market, Andoni Zubizarreta will make an offer for sure, because he has affirmed several times that he likes how Morata plays and that it’s difficult to see a player with that level on the bench. James Rodríguez was included in Zidane’s line up in yesterday’s match and his performance was not very good. The Colombian play maker was substituted in the 60th minute and when he left the pitch it looked like it would be his last minutes in Santiago Bernabéu.

When James was in his way to the bench, he clapped to all the crowd, turning around himself with the arms raised, a sign that looked like a farewell to Real Madrid fans. The team managed by Zidane is not going to play more games at Santiago Bernabéu in this season because the three remaining games are at Vigo, Málaga and Cardiff, the Champions League final.

There are many rumors that say the James Rodríguez is going to sign with Manchester United. Actually, the Red Devils and the Colombian player have arrived to an agreement and it looks like that he will play at the Premier League next season. This agreement between James Rodríguez and Mourinho would not be surprising, considering that both share the same agent, Jorge Mendes. The Portuguese manager wants to sign another star in his squad because if finally they win the Europe League they will play Champions League next year.

Zinedine Zidane spoke at press conference after the victory against Sevilla in the 37th week of the regular season. The French manager talked about yesterday’s opponent, the performance of certain players and the important match Los Blancos will have on Wednesday against Celta Vigo.

The French manager started the press conference talking about the game against Sevilla: “We did a good match, especially in the fist minutes, but at the end of the first half we suffered a little bit, it’s normal. We played against a very good squad, that like to have the ball possession. In the second half we improved having the control of the game especially in the midfield. They shortened the gap in the beginning of the second half but with the changes we had the necessary balance. We deserved the victory and we achieved a very positive result against a tough team”, Zidane said about yesterday’s game.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals in yesterdays’s game and the journalists didn’t doubt about asking the French manager about the Portuguese performance: “What can say you about Cristiano Ronaldo. He has something, he is a different player. We must highlight what he has done so far at Real Madrid. He always appears in the decisive moments”, Zidane said about the Portuguese star.

James was replaced in the 60th minute and it seemed like it was his last game at Santiago Bernabéu: “It was not a farewell, he is with us. We are only thinking in the three remaining games. We are not thinking about that. We are in a decisive stage of the season and we are focus in the three finals we will have”, Zidane didn’t want to talk about James.

Los Blancos must add four points if they want to win the trophy in the two remains game of the regular season: “We must continue with what we are doing. This team has many resources and what I like is that my players have a lot of personality. We are ready for the finals we will have in the end of the season”, the French manager affirmed.

Keylor Navas is improving with the pass of the games and this is what Zidane thinks: ” He is a key player for us. In the 15 minutes where we suffered he saved us with some incredible saves. In the second half we controlled the game and we didn’t conceded chances”, Zidane talked about Keylor Navas.

Real Madrid won 1-4 in the 37th week of the regular season against Sevilla at Santiago Bernabéu. This was a very important match for the team managed by Zidane because it was the toughest regular season game Los Blancos will have in the games remaining. Zinedine Zidane decided to do some changes in the line-up respect the clash against Atlético Madrid highlighting Karim Benzema’s absence instead Álvaro Morata who was with Cristiano Ronaldo the reference in the attack. The French manager also introduced Nacho in the left back and Kovacic, James and Asensio in the midfield.

Sevilla started the game really good having the ball possession being superior to Real Madrid in the midfield, but in the 10th minute Nacho opened the score board with a fast free kick with none of Sevilla players ready that surprised to all the stadium. The team managed by Sampaoli was very angry with the referee but it was a legal goal. Only 10 minutes later Sevilla had a great chance to tie the match from a shot of Jovetic that finished in the bar. After two very clear chance of the Andalusian side, Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second goal for Los Blancos after a rejection of Sergio Rico where the Portuguese striker only had to push the ball.

Los Blancos were having several doubts to defend to Sevilla attackers and in the 30th minute Jovetic had another good chance to shorten the gap but once again finished in the bar. Los Blancos were conceding a lot of chances in the last minutes of the first half but Keylor Navas was having an excellent performance saving many clear opportunities. Los Blancos needed Casemiro in the pitch because nobody was giving the balance in the midfield and Sevilla was growing with the pass of the minutes.

The second half couldn’t start worse because Jovetic scored the first goal for Sevilla from a shot from outside the box, unstoppable for Keylor Navas. The Montenegrin had three clear chances in the first half but he did not miss this one. Zidane noticed that his team was suffering in the midfield and in the 60th minute he did two substitutions replacing James Rodríguez and Morata by Casemiro and Lucas Vázquez. The Colombian play maker left the pitch showing that it was maybe his last game at Santiago Bernabéu. With these two changes Los Blancos improved and they started to control for first time in all the match without conceding opportunities.

In the 71st minute Luka Modric replaced Kovacic with the aim of not suffering in the final stage of the game. In the 78th minute Cristiano scored the third goal for Real Madrid with his weaker left foot straight into the top corner. Only two minutes later Los Blancos received bad news because Nacho was booked and this means he will be suspended for the next game. In the 84th minute Kroos scored the fourth goal with a great finish and with this goal the game was over.

Los Blancos played a really complete game against a very difficult team as Sevilla and with Barcelona winning, this was a superb victory for Real Madrid and now they must play two finals against Celta Vigo and Málaga.

Pepe is not going to continue next year with Real Madrid and Los Blancos are already searching full backs to replace him. It looks like the Portuguese defender is going to sign with Inter Milan next year, after rejecting Real Madrid’s offer. These are the four candidates to replace Pepe in the defense.

Jerome Boateng: The lack of minutes due to constant injuries has caused Boateng to lose a lot of importance at Bayern Munich. The signing of the German full back would be great news for Real Madrid as he has a lot of experience playing in a high level being one of the best full backs of our continent in the last seasons.

Nicolás Otamendi: Real Madrid have already tried to sign him a few years ago but he decided to go to Manchester City. The former Valencia player seems to have managed to gain Pepe Guardiola’s confidence this year, and after an irregular performance with Manuel Pelligrini, the Argentine full back is enjoying of a lot of minutes this season. Otamendi would be the ideal complement for Sergio Ramos because of his aerial game that is exquisite and his defensive forcefulness would make him a guardian in the defense.

Mauricio Lemos: The The Uruguayan full back is playing in a high level with UD Las Palmas this season, even though Quique Setién did not count with him at the beginning of the year. With the pass of the games his performance has improved a lot and he has return to the level that he showed last season where Real Madrid and Barcelona fought for his services.

Jesús Vallejo: This will be the most economic transfer for Real Madrid but also the most risky, because he does not have any experience in an important club. The Spanish full back is currently on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt and although the first intention of Florentino Pérez is to maintain him at the Bundesliga, but with Pepe’s departure, he could return to Real Madrid as the third full back of the team behind Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane.

It looks like Pepe is not going to continue with Real Madrid next season because his contract finishes on June and Real Madrid are not going to renew the Portuguese full back. Pepe has received several offers from different European clubs and China but he wants to end his career playing in a competitive league as Serie A. Inter Milan are very interested in his services and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Portuguese full back has accepted the offer from the Italian side and next season it seems that he will play at Giuseppe Meazza. He has received a very good offer from Inter having a salary of €4M per season with a duration of two seasons .

Pepe will leave for free as his contract finishes when the season ends and Real Madrid have not presented a succulent offer to maintain him at least for one season more. The Portuguese defender has waited several months with the aim of receiving a good offer from Real Madrid, but the meeting between Piero Ausilio and Jorge Mendes in Monte Carlo has cleared the doubts of the defender who arrived to Real Madrid in 2007 for an amount of €30M.

The agreement will be fully closed when Inter Milan’s owner, Zhang Jindong, gives the approval to the deal. No surprise is expected as the Italian side intention is to sign players with a lot of experience with the aim of being once again a powerful teeam of Europe and Pepe is a perfect example of what Inter Milan want for next season.

Pepe will leave Real Madrid without saying goodbye to the Santiago Bernabéu’s supporters in an official match because Zinedine Zidane decided to let him out of the list for the game against Sevilla because he is still injured from his ribs.

Danilo: The Brazilian right back is not being the player that Real Madrid expected.
