Brazilian club Corinthians have rule out a move for Real Madrid playmaker Kaka.
The former World Player of the Year had been linked with a return to his homeland this summer after a disappointing campaign at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 31-year-old, who signed for Los Blancos for 65 million euros from AC Milan in 2009, has largely failed to live up to expectation during his stint in the Spanish capital.
Speaking to the Gazeta Press, Corinthians director Duilio Monteiro Alves, said: “There is nothing, it’s just speculation. I don’t know where that story came from, but it didn’t start at Corinthians.
“He is an excellent player, no doubt about that, but we haven’t even talked about him.”
