Juventus could make a move for Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao next January according to Portuguese sports newspaper A Bola.
Real Madrid sought for Coentrao’s exit this summer, but didn’t find a satisfying deal. The 25-year-old was close to signing for Manchester United on loan the last day of the transfer market, but negotiations broke down in the final moment.
A Bola claims that Juventus have been interested in Coentrao for a while, and will try to bring him to Turin if the Portuguese wants to leave Real Madrid when the winter window opens.
Reports told the Italian club are preparing a loan offer. However, Coentrao’s sadness at Madrid could be over in the next few weeks, as Marcelo is injured and he could return to the starting eleven.
