Real Madrid could be planning a bid for Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj, according to CaughtOffside.
Florentino Perez is convinced he will need to bring a couple of players during the winter transfer market in order to reinforce the squad for the second half of the season, and he could have set his eyes on the Belgian international.
In fact, CaughtOffside have claimed Los Blancos have already offered United 30 million euros to bring the 19-year-old midfielder to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Januzaj signed a five-year deal with the Red Devils, but he has played a limited role in the team since Angel di Maria arrived to Old Trafford. Thus, he could welcome a move out of Manchester.
Januzaj made his professional debut with United last season, playing a total 35 games in all competitions and scoring four goals. However, this season, he has only played 122 minutes, and manager Louis van Gaal doesn’t see him as a crucial part of his plans.
However, it seems highly unlikely that a player of his characteristics would get more minutes of play at the Santiago Bernabeu than at Old Trafford. Los Blancos have that position covered with world-class stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Isco, Jese and James Rodriguez.
