James Rodríguez is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer. The Colombian born player has shown a really poor performance this season and Florentino Pérez would be more than happy to sell James Rodríguez.
However, Real Madrid paid €80 M transfer fee two years ago to Monaco after the Brazilian World Cup. James was one of the stars of the competitions and Real Madrid had to pay a high fee to bring the Colombian to the Bernabéu.
For this reason, Florentino Pérez doesn’t want to sell Rodríguez for less than €80 M. According to the Daily Star, Manchester United has already prepared an offer for €76 M, that should be rejected by Real Madrid.
James Rodríguez played 26 games in La Liga this season and only 17 in the starting lineup. The 24 year-old scored 7 goals in those games. These are really poor numbers for a star.
A star needs to play to be able to have “good numbers”, this season neither Rafael Benítez or Zinedine Zidane gave him enough play time to accomplish the brilliant first season James Rodriguez had when Carlo Ancelotti was the boss where he was in the starting line up in most of the matches.
Comment:that will be another mistake if we sell James, that guy has something inside him,get rid of benzema then play James,Bale and Cr7 up front
