Raphael Varane has been very unlucky in this season. He’s been having a lot of physical problems but the worst came at the very last minute. He will miss the Champions League final and the Euro 2016.
This week we knew that the French defender will miss the final due to a thigh injury so Pepe and Sergio Ramos will be for sure the full back couple.
The things got even worse for Raphael Varane because Didier Deschamps, the French national team coach, has ruled out the Real Madrid player for the squad of the Euro 2016. The Sevilla player Adil Rami will replace him.
This is a major blow for Raphael Varane, whose season has been a bit disappointing. He has suffered several injuries, he has stayed on the bench in several key games and finally he will miss the most important part of the season.
